It’s hard to come to terms with the fact that in order to implement the changes I know that I need (both for myself and to be successful in any relationship as a male provider) it’s going to take TIME. Since we broke up a month ago, there have been 4 new male Facebook friends, all of whom I know were met off the dating app. I may have done myself in a good number and pushed her away a little bit (more like a lot a bit), and I know she’s playing the field and seeing what options are available to her out there. I know I make the situation seem a bit like limerence where she’s more like a "vehicle" for my feelings/emotions/affections rather than someone who can actually meet/fulfill them. I have no doubt her twin sister has been in her ear about finding someone "more mature who’s life is already all picture perfectly together who meets her needs".
