A 47-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the death of a young woman who was shot in the head at a Philadelphia bar. 
Anthony Nelson, from Philadelphia, was apprehended by the U.S.
Marshals Violent Crimes Fugitive Task Force at Harrah's Casino in Atlantic City on Wednesday. 
He is now facing several charges, including murder, for the shooting death of 21-year-old Jailene Holton on June 28 at Philly Bar and Restaurant.

Jailene Holton, 21, of Philadelphia, was shot while standing in the back of the Philly Bar and Grill on June 28. She was out for a night on the town with her friends. Her family said she rarely went out and that she was the group's designated driver 

'A lot of our investigators on the task force have children. This was an unnecessary random act of violence. It's a horrific act and we're just very grateful we were able to get out there and get him into custody in under 12 hours,' said Clark. 
'We started at 5:30 Wednesday morning, exhausted some leads here in the city of Philadelphia. We had some other things we needed to run down in South Jersey and, lo and behold, we found a spot for him at Harrah's Casino.  
'Once he realized we were there and weren't going away, we were able to get him into custody safely without anybody getting hurt,' said Clark.
'We do believe that he knew he was wanted,' he added.

Nelson is accused of opening fire after he was kicked out of the venue when he was told that he would be unable to use a pool table because a league was playing. 
After getting into a tussle with a bouncer, the group of three men were forced to leave after which one member went to get a gun from their car. 
More than a dozen shots were fired at the front of the bar from a distance of less than 200 feet away, Philadelphia Police Inspector Scott Small told reporters.
As a barrage of bullets flew, Holton, who was standing at the back of the bar was struck in the head where she fell to the ground. She died later at Jefferson-Torresdale Hospital. 
'Our community is deeply diminished by the utterly appalling and senseless loss of Jailene, who held such great promise for a tremendous future. Our hope is that the quick capture of this heinous perpetrator will bring some comfort to the Holton family,' officials said.
Holton's family say she was the designated driver that night and had only planned on being at the bar for 20 minutes.
'When are people going to get fed up with this reckless shooting in the city?' Holton's uncle, James, asked. 'Nobody does nothing. They get a mouthpiece for 20 seconds on TV and that's it and everybody's running around like the Wild West out here. I mean cowards!'
He said that his niece was a 'good kid' who rarely went out but had agreed to join her friends. 
'She usually worked and went home,' James told 'I mean she didn't go out often. They were only going to be here about 15 [to] 20 minutes and that's when the altercation broke out.'
Holton was the group's designated driver and was corralled by friends who told her: 'You're 21 now, you got to get out,' according to [url=]. 
The group reportedly stopped at a Topgolf location before ending up at the bar, which hosts a pool tournament on Tuesday evenings using its single billiards table. 
The man, who has not been identified, came in with two friends and reportedly grew irritated that other pool players were occupying the table, according to Fox 29.

The bouncer kicked the man and New Goldsvet 8.5 (casino Online) his friends out just after 11:30pm. 





 She was at the bar after stopping at a Topgolf location when the man and his friends entered the bar to play pool.

The table was occupied as the bar hosts a pool tournament on Tuesdays and the man became enraged and was escorted out of the bar






The shooting took place outside of the Philly Bar and Restaurant around 11.30pm

Nelson is alleged to have fired 15 shots, with 10 hitting the building and five hitting the glass windows.

Holton was the only person hit by a bullet in the shooting





The city has seen more than 250 homicides already this year.
Last year, the city recorded the worst ever homicide rate with 562 in a year.  
'Someone goes out for 10 or 15 minutes and they're dead,' Holton said dejectedly.

'How is that fair? How many children have to die for people to say enough is enough?' 
He also told the outlet that Mayor Larry Krasner needs to 'stop handcuffing' police and for authorities to 'stop coddling these criminals and hold people accountable.'
