The Roots are an American hip hop band fashioned in 1987 by Tariq "Black Thought" Trotter and Ahmir "Questlove" Thompson in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. The Roots originated in Philadelphia with Ahmir "Questlove" Thompson and Tariq "Black Thought" Trotter when they ended up both of those attending the Philadelphia High School for the Creative and Performing Arts. Wayne starts off off the timeline as the incredibly chill, stiff-higher-lipped stoic, while Roland is a blustering hothead.
