Personal computers are perhaps the most significant invention of the 20th century. After several years of regular playing, practice and possibly professional instruction, you'll very likely have developed a personal swing style. Wheels were a steel "artillery" style with pinstriping. Twenty-inch wheels and tires were available for those who had to drive on deeply rutted roads. Standard tires were 6.00316s on DeLuxes, 5.25317s on other models. All models had three thin horizontal chrome strips decorating the hoodside louvers. Other models rode a 113-inch wheelbase. The last two used a special 128-inch wheelbase. All but the commercial sedan and wagon were duplicated in the top-line DeLuxe series, which also offered a rumble-seat coupe seating two or four, a rumble-seat convertible coupe, the new two- and four-door five-passenger "trunkback" sedans, a seven-passenger four-door sedan, and a five-passenger version called Traveler. Taking a suborbital approach, California-based aerospace firm XCOR is working on Lynx, a two-seat commercial aircraft designed for high-altitude, supersonic flight.
