The first use of artificial lighting was through torches and campfires. The Peking Man caves in China were discovered around 400,000 years ago, showing that fire has been around for a very long time. Primitive oil lamps were also used, and bespoke lighting were filled with animal or vegetable fats. Different scenarios require different kinds of lighting, so make sure to practice and experiment to find out which type of lighting works best for crystal chandeliers each.
