Originally made in the fifties, many made their pilgrimage to various rock concerts and festivals in a kombi van.

Still today they are hugely popular around the world and are often referred to as 'Hippie buses'. 

Perhaps the the front man and founder of Foo Fighters will be driving his to Coachella next year.
