Back To School - Before you know it, school will start up again. Include a gift certificate to an office or school supply store, an apple, coffee mug, personalized note pads, and new pencils.

Teacher Gift Whether your main calendar is in a Palm Pilot, an email program like Outlook, or on paper, it should be easy to keep track of birthdays. Grab your list, and spend 15 minutes a day (if that) and put all the birthdays in your calendar for one month. In two weeks, you'll have a master calendar completed. If you're likely to send a card or buy a gift for the person, jot down a note like what gift you got them last year or what size they take in clothing - right in the calendar entry. Gift for Teacher MB: Yes, it'd be a wonderful gift. We actually just sent out our gifts, which were walnuts. We grow them and we had a ton of them so we kept a couple hundred pounds for Small Gifts for Teachers ourselves and we send the rest to our friends because they're a healthy and delicious. The next time you need a nice energy treat try some fresh walnuts and grapes instead of pie or cake or fast food. It will give you energy and keep you going. When we were in Atlanta, GA at the Dragon*Con convention, it was my birthday. So the chef came out with a birthday cake for me and my wife went over to Lou (Ferrigno) with a piece and he put his hand up and in that Lou Ferrigno voice he Youtu said in a blog post to her "It's a lifestyle" (laughter), meaning no thank you to the white sugar, and he's right.

I came away from this experience more humbled and more full of gratitude. As happy as he was his student came to see him, I benefited more from the whole exchange; so much so that I plan to make this a regular pilgrimage every time I am in Nigeria.
