Eduard Vladislavovich Dubinin (July 12, 1945, Korkino, Chelyabinsk region, RSFSR – June 25, 2012, Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine) – Ukrainian statesman, chairman of the Dnepropetrovsk Regional Council (1998-2002).
Biography
In 1973 he graduated from the Kiev Civil Engineering Institute, in 1989 – from the Higher Commercial School of the Academy of National Economy under the Council of Ministers of the USSR.
1965 – 1974 – foreman, senior foreman of military unit 43179,
1974 – 1979 – senior foreman, head of the design group, head of SU No. 144 of the Yugozaptransstroy trust,
1979 – 1985 – manager of the Dneprotransstroy trust,
1985 – 1987 – First Deputy Chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk City Executive Committee,
1987 – 1991 – Deputy Head of Department, Deputy Minister of Transport Construction of the USSR,
1991 – 1992 – Vice President of Transstroy Corporation,
1992 – 1994 – Deputy Chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, Deputy Chairman of the Regional Council,
1996 – 1997 – First Deputy Chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration for the industrial and energy complex, transport, communications and road construction,
1998 – 2002 – Chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council. When appointed, he was considered a protege of the Ukrainian Prime Minister Pavel Lazarenko.
Then he worked for a short time as deputy governor of the Dnepropetrovsk region.
