I was genuinely unaware of the necessity of a diaper wipe warmer when I was making my baby registry. I'm a first time mom and I didn't believe that it's going to really matter if the wipes are warm or cold but I quickly found out otherwise. My newborn daughter screamed every time we utilized a cold wipe for a changing her diaper. It disrupted her sleep even and we'd have to spend many nights having to console her back to sleep.
By using the warmer I never need to be concerned about crying baby during transition from shock cleaning her with a cold cloth. The fact that it warms from the top helps keep the rest of the wipes from drying out.
