That’s because the study (which found similar results in multiple people), tested whether the addition of exercising at a particular time was beneficial in helping overweight and obese people lose weight.

Specifically, the study looked at 75 overweight and obese adults who’d lost a significant amount of weight — at least 15% from their starting weight — through diet and exercise.

For 16 weeks, the participants were randomly assigned to one of two groups: one that exercised for 30 minutes daily during their normal breakfast or lunch hour, and one that exercised in the morning, in the afternoon, reduslim precio or in the evening.

The group exercising at breakfast lost an average of 8 pounds — about 3% of their weight. The group exercising at lunch lost an average of 9 pounds — about 3.5% of their weight — and the group exercising in the evening lost an average of 8 pounds — 3% of their weight.

Even though the participants weren’t told to exercise a certain way (i.e., during a certain window of time), the result was that the group exercising at a particular time lost slightly more weight than those exercising across the board — with those exercising in the morning losing the most weight.

In fact, of the three groups, those exercising in the morning lost the most weight. That may have been because previous research suggests that morning exercisers tend to exercise at higher intensity levels than afternoon exercisers.

Plus, some evidence suggests that exercise in the morning is beneficial for regulating appetite and body weight.
