I completely ignored the need for warming up the diaper wipes when I was making the baby's registry. I'm a first time mom and I didn't believe that it would matter much if diaper wipes are warm or cold, however, I soon realized that I was wrong. My baby daughter was screaming every time we were using a cold wipe during a diaper change. This disrupted her sleep and we'd have to spend many nights needing to comfort her to go back to sleep.
Thanks to this warmer, I never have to worry about my newborn crying during changing from the shock of cleaning her with a cold wipe. The fact that it heats from the top helps keep the rest of the wipes from drying out.
