I'm A Celeb's Naughty Boy and Matty Lee bagged six stars during Sunday night's trial, Gross Vegas.
The gruesome challenge - Naughty Boy's 7th of the series - involved the DJ, 40 and the Olympic diver, 23, working their way through four Las Vegas-themed games in a bid to earn stars for camp.  
Matty was dealt the hand of eating two servings of turkey testicles after landing on this symbol twice during the trial's rendition of Russian Roulette.

Tough: The pair struggled during the second round, which saw them covered in castle critters as they attempted to find three jokers out of a pack of 300 playing card






Gross: The Grot Machine is what the campmates faced last, where they were drenched in fish guts, offal and gunge as they tried to catch coveted stars

He shouted 'no' numerous times as the sludge drenched him and hosts Ant and Dec struggled to keep straight faces. 
After Olympian Matty successfully snatched the star, Naughty Boy exclaimed: 'That's how an Olympic gold medallist does it.'
Ant and Dec found the DJ's comment hilarious and burst into laughter.
It comes after Saturday's show saw Naughty Boy and Kadeena Cox at loggerheads once again over the all-important chef duties.

This was not the first time the DJ and the parasport athlete, 30, have clashed over the cooking, with previous scenes showing Kadeena offering her advice on preparing oxtail, not to Naughty Boy's satisfaction.
On Saturday however, the pair this time locked horns over rice.
Naughty Boy told Kadeena at lunch: 'We don't need to cook that now if we're not going to eat it.

He added: 'I'm not getting respect back,' before walking away from the conversation.
The tiredness and frustration soon hit an emotional Kadeena and she cried in the hammock, consoled by Snoochie Shy and Louise Minchin.
Later on, the pair decided to make up, with Kadeena telling Naughty Boy she wanted them to 'respect how each other feel' and 'move forward.'
