A custom Pcb, or "PCB", is a generic term used for a prototype circuit board that has been designed and then manufactured, for use as production hardware. Typically, these are used for testing purposes in electronic components development projects, or for prototype control of product production process. The term "custom" can also be used to refer to a single piece of circuit board. In the electronics industry this term is often used to refer to individual components, such as IC's and transistors, or discrete components, such as resistors, capacitors, LEDs and so on. However, when used in the electronics industry, it typically refers to a complete set of discrete components.

The invention of the first computer system hardware, the mouse, marked the advent of personal computer systems. Improvements in chip and system hardware designs have led to the development of many new computer system components, including digital LED controllers, RF oscillators, LCD displays, resistive sensing interfaces, voltage and current regulators, and so on. While all of these components were originally developed to perform a particular job, their function can be combined to form new specialized job opportunities. For instance, integrated circuit technology, which has been around for decades, is now being used in many new electronic products. Some examples include RFID tags, radio frequency detectors, and infrared cameras.

Figuring out how to combine complementary technology and systems is a challenge faced by designers of electronic products. For instance, how to control multiple electronic devices simultaneously, while keeping them safe from accidental shutdown, or damage? Another example is how to create a fully functional and robust interactive user interface, with joysticks, buttons, pointers, trackballs, and so on? Often, the answer is a complex combination of complex program code and hardware control. A custom Pcb designer can help figure these challenges out.

One way to make the job of a custom Pcb programmer easier is through the use of readily available software tools for input and output of data, as well as for designing and controlling the various aspects of a PIC control system. These include such widely used programs as ATM controllers, relay boards, microprocessor controllers, discrete logic gates, voltage dividers, resistors and capacitors, potentiometers, and more. In short, these programs make it possible to operate a PIC based system with a greater degree of automation than ever before. An important component of these software tools is the ability to create a fully functional PIC control system from a simple drawing using the Figaro PIC tutorial platform. In fact, the Figaro PIC system can be downloaded free from the company's website, and after installation is complete, the user can input the necessary information to design and debug any type of PIC based system, and then view the generated layout and finished product at any time.

This ability to easily work with any type of PIC based logic system is one of the reasons that the industry has turned to the use of flexible electronics for creating and designing electronic components. Flexible electronics are made of small and flexible components called "e-skin" or "flexible film" technology, which can be placed on circuits to create electronic systems of different shapes and sizes. A flexible circuit is also known as a "settecase et al", and it is essentially a pair of metal conductors which are connected in either a forward or reverse direction.

These two specific sets of components are then combined with a magnetic field and an engineered soft substrate material which can be placed over the combination. This entire mechanism is then magnetically processed inside a machine which generates microfabrication of the required diodes, currents and magnetic moment within its interior. The result of all this processing is then packaged into a circuit board. The flexing and coating processes which take place in this process create minute gaps between the individual metal foils, which are then used as input signals by the PIC microchip logic system. These gaps are referred to as microcatheter deflection regions.

These microcatheter deflection regions allow engineers to control the output from the PIC programming device through the use of microfabricated bend points, which in turn control the alignment of the main magnetic field. The amount of bend point variation that is permitted is controlled through the addition and removal of deformers which are then positioned on the metallic lamination layer that is used as a substrate over the microchips. When these bend points are selected, the alignment of the main magnetic field around the metallic lamination layer is changed, which results in the generation of differing amounts of electromagnetic field strengths which are then transmitted through the electrical interfaces that are formed along these interfaces. The amount of output generated is controlled by the amount of magnetic moment that is generated at these end points.

Microfabricated rf circuits and other specialized systems may be developed using the PIC programming interface for the fabrication of special types of microelectronic components such as a resistive or an omni-frame RF sensor. Another application for this technology is in the area of computer hardware security. Computer viruses and various harmful computer applications that can interrupt network operations can be prevented by using this type of PIC interface. This technology also allows for the detection and deactivation of security related applications such as malicious software. In addition, the generation of electromagnetic fields which can generate interference with certain telecommunications systems is another benefit of the PIC microchip logic system interface.
