We'll be updating this with more deals as they go live, so be sure to keep an eye out so you don't miss any great discounts.
What is Walmart Plus?
Walmart Plus is the big-box retailer's own version of a type of Amazon Prime service. It's a subscription you can pay for monthly or annually that offers you things like discounted fuel, free shipping on all orders (no $35 minimum), "scan and go" for in-store purchases and more. You can sign up for $13 per month or $98 per year. That compares favorably to Amazon Prime, which is $139 per year or $15 per month.
This year, Walmart is hosting its own version of a Prime Day-type sale with its first Walmart Plus Weekend, offering several days of exclusive discounts -- and for a limited time you can get six months of Spotify Premium for free.
When is Walmart Plus Weekend?
Walmart Plus Weekend kicked off on Thursday, at 12 p.m. PT (3 p.m. ET), and runs through 4 p.m. PT (7 p.m. ET) Sunday, June 5.
Do you need to be a Walmart Plus subscriber for the discounts?
In order to get access to the discounted prices, you'll need to be a paying Walmart Plus member. Signing up for the free trial won't be enough to get you access (unlike on Amazon Prime Day, omgomgomg5j4yrr4mjdv3h5c5xfvxtqqs2in7smi65mjps7wvkmqmtqd where you can shop with a free trial membership).
