Imagine your small business was expecting supply of 1,000 laptops. Instead, you obtain only four hundred and the order is closed. Checking the deal details on the wholesaler’s net portal reveals--surprisingly--only 400 were actually ordered. The speed card menu appears inflated as well. Who modified the order on the web portal-and the way? Suing the wholesaler would mean spending time, effort, and cash. Regardless, you still have fewer laptops than you needed. Solely the wholesaler and the online portal administration company know of their underneath-the-table deal to directly and fraudulently update the speed card within the database, fully bypassing the enterprise guidelines coded in the net portal software. Another situation: updates to the database are allowed only through consensus from all parties involved within the enterprise (your company, the wholesaler, the logistics providers, and the financing agency). Only when all of these teams run the business guidelines of the appliance to make sure an update is real and provide their consent would a database update be made.
