Hi, we are Jeff & Denise, and we need help moving help getting into a home as 1st-time
buyers.

I am 52, and Denise is 51 years old.

We are currently renting a two-bedroom apartment here in Carson City.

Since the Covid rental restrictions are lifted, our property management company
is raising our rent by 45%, yes, 45%.

We are looking for either the generous community to help us buy the $45,000 home
in North Dakota (show in cover picture) or someone who has an owner-finance
situation.

We have $20,000 down towards any house, and unfortunately, since I'm
self-employed, we can't get financing for the rest.

We can afford monthly payments of $800 towards rent or lease options to buy.

We are not locked into North Dakota but have found these homes to be the
cheapest, along with Missouri.

I am a website designer and have been doing this steadily full time since 1998.

If you need a website or need internet marketing on your current site, I would
be more than grateful to help you out as well.

If any churches (Baptist, Assembly of God, non-denominational) see this, I am a
Christian who happens to be a prior professional guitarist, singer, recording
engineer. In other words, I could be a great asset to your worship team.



I've never asked for money on the internet, and it feels rather weird, but we're
in a desperate situation.
