The singer and actress, 53, went makeup free and seemed to be in a cheerful mood as she walked through a leafy suburb.
Her loose-fitting pink jumper and tie-dye pants channeled '90s fashion and evoked Helen Hunt's iconic appearance in the 1997 movie As Good As It Gets.

She shares two teenage sons, Charlie and Tennyson, with her Oscar-winning ex-husband Russell Crowe.
She celebrated Charlie's 18th birthday in December last year, posting a picture on Instagram of herself and the Gladiator kinoogo.biz star when their child was just a newborn.
